Helpful Note: If you've just started searching for a STL venue, it might be helpful to know this is very competitive pricing. At similar venues, your budget is very likely to exceed this number.
Keep in mind the number above is not for just the venue... MOST of your wedding day services are already included in the package, and there are many ways to personalize so that your wedding day feels just like you. Making planning more both easier for you and a lot of bang for your buck.
The following upgrades are all totally optional.

Payment Terms
For weddings booked 17+ months in advance: A non-refundable booking fee of $2,800 + tax is due at the time of signing. The remaining balance is divided into 5 payments, beginning 15 months prior to your wedding date and scheduled every three months.
For weddings booked 16 months or less in advance: A larger initial payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be divided into a custom payment schedule based on your timeline. Because timelines can vary significantly (whether your wedding is 6 months, 12 months, or 16 months away), payment structures will differ slightly. We will clearly outline all payment amounts and due dates during the contract process so you know exactly what to expect.
Any remaining balance must be paid 30 days in advance.

Keep in mind there are a few categories (like photography) that we feel are personal and important decisions.
That's why we don't include them in our package, but we have recommendations for those wedding pros if you need them!)
Please make sure you budget appropriately for photo/video, officiant (often a family member or friend for many of our couples), fresh flowers if they are important to you and hair/makeup.
Also, please note that pricing is based on the day you sign the contract, not the day you tour or use our sample calculator.
